- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Trauma Level I and II experience required 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS required 4. License: Valid FL License required at time of submittal 5. Education: Will not accept candidates with educational background from certain institutions (see attached document) 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling; weekends and holidays only required if included in blocked schedule; no on-call required 8. RTO: RTO required at time of submittal and approved during interview; will not be accepted after offer 9. Returning Staff: Must wait 1 year after leaving internal contracted position 10. Travel/Local: No radius rule; local candidates accepted at travel rate 11. Background: Background policy must be noted prior to submission for approval 12.
