Requirements
- Required certification: Rad Tech - Mammography
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography, Screening Mammograms; Inpatient and Outpatient 3. Certifications: ARRT M, BLS required; all certs must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal 4. License: California State Mammography Licensure required; Valid State License required at time of submission 5. Education: Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology required 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; Charting System Experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4/10s, 7am to 5:30pm; every other weekend/1 Saturday per month; occasional Saturday shifts 8. RTO: Only one holiday will be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile travel requirement; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits or DUIs prior to submission 12. Modules: 1-5 hours average, completed during orientation via e-learning; non-billable within 16 NBO hours 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
