Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1+ years recent unit experience 2. Cases: 3D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammo, Digital Mammo, Screening Mammos; 200 mammograms in last 2 years required 3. Certifications: ARRT and BLS required; 40 hour initial mammo training, 8 hr digital training, 8 hr tomo training, 15 mammo CEUs within last three years 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: 1 year minimum Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8 hours, 0830-1700; floating required to other units/campuses; 0 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Cannot extend for 4th consecutive contract; must convert to employee after 39 weeks or take 6-month separation 10. Travel/Local: Must be 100+ miles from Prisma facilities for full rate; 90-99.9 miles accepted at 10% reduction; does not accept first time travelers 11. Background: Must send social security number with submittal 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start within 48 hours; recorded by facility 13.
