- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: SCR and Diagnostic Mammograms, Wire/Seed Locs, Stereotactic Biopsies, DEXAs; high volume mammography department 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, ARRT (M) required; must be in-hand at submission; MQSA compliance requires 40 hours training, 25 supervised mammograms, 8 CEUs initial training in 2D and 3D, 15 CEUs in mammography in last 2 years 4. License: Compact or NC license must be in-hand; Nursys required for RNs 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Mon-Fri first week 8am-4:30pm training; regular schedule varies; Saturday 7:30am-2pm weekend coverage 8. RTO: Must be included with submission, 5-7 days maximum 9. Returning Staff: Any previous permanent employment at Duke University Health System must be included; cannot have been permanent Duke employee within past 6 months 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
