Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1 year vascular experience required 2. Cases: Daily caseload 20-30 per tech; stroke intervention, neurointerventions, PE thrombectomy & thrombolysis, DVT interventions, pain management procedures, oncology procedures including Y-90, MAAs, chemoembolizations 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT VI, ARRT Advanced Cert required; FL license required 4. License: FL license or compact license required at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 07:30-18:00; on-call required; weekend coverage required; minimum 2 weekends per month with call Friday, Saturday & Sunday 8. RTO: BayCare does not allow any RTO in contracts 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait at least 1 year before returning; return travelers only allowed in ICU, MICU, CVICU, ED, PCU, and MS/Tele specialties; must have completed contract within last year since 7/1/2022 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius rule; no locals accepted; certain allied specialties exempt 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 4 hours for Allied; completed pre-start and annually; excess time non-billable 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Black or Navy 15.
