Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required, vascular experience required; 2 years experience listed in qualifications section 2. Cases: 20-30 daily caseload per tech; stroke intervention, neurointerventions, PE thrombectomy & thrombolysis, DVT interventions, pain management procedures, oncology procedures including Y-90, MAAs, chemoembolizations 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT VI, ARRT Advanced Cert required; copies required at submission 4. License: FL license or compact license required at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 07:30-18:00; on-call required weekdays starting 5:00 PM, every other weekend 24-hour coverage, holiday 24-hour coverage 8. RTO: NO RTO allowed in contracts 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning; return travelers only allowed in ICU, MICU, CVICU, ED, PCU, MS/Tele specialties if completed contract within last year since 7/1/2022 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius rule; must live at least 100 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
