- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; will accept first time travelers 2. Cases: Daily caseload 10-15 cases; vascular IR including endografts, neurovascular and trauma along with body IR; must be familiar with wires; neurovascular IR experience preferred; stroke thrombectomy facility 3. Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, Fluoro Permit, Indiana state license required; will take pending certifications 4. License: Valid state license must be pending or candidate must participate in Aya licensure project; must be active by start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 days; call 1 day per week with weekend call every third or fourth weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) 8. RTO: Maximum 10 days; if during holidays, must work 1 of 3 holidays 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 years before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; will not take locals; traveler must live at least 50 miles from facility 11. Background: Nursys only 12. Modules: Up to 8 hours within 1 week of signing; 3-8 hours average; billable up to 8 hours; completed pre-start; self-reported 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: GE and Siemens Fluoro rooms preferred; must scrub cases and be familiar with thrombectomy devices Critical: Must have scrub experience.
