Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission (minimum 1 year required) 2. Cases: Special procedures performed in Radiology department, advanced IR procedures, tech will go to Cath Lab for use of room 3. Certifications: ARRT, BLS required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend availability required; one weekday shift coverage per week from 1600-0700; one three day weekend (Fri-Sun) a month. Fri 1600-0700 and Sat, Sun 0700-0700 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7 days for Aya and Client offer; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must include response about previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles consider local; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits up front at time of submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color; L/D & OR provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
