- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: ARRT, BLS required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Yes - one weekday shift coverage per week from 1600-0700; one three day weekend (Fri-Sun) a month. Fri 1600-0700 and Sat, Sun 0700-0700. Weekend availability required 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission. Aya Offer: 7 Days, Client Offer: 7 Days. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months. Must include response about previous Providence facility work experience 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles consider local; locals accepted at lower rate 11.
