Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission; first-timers accepted with 2 years of experience 2. Cases: 6-8 procedures per employee daily; coiling, stenting, embolizations, stroke thrombectomys, venous samplings, operating room angiograms, lumbar punctures and neurovascular procedures; includes pediatric procedures 3. Certifications: ARRT R and BLS required; ARRT VI preferred; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location; C-Arm and Contrast required 4. License: MO license (submit without license OK; requires MO or compact); IL license in hand required at submittal; Compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting system required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 days M-F 0730-1800; Call 1600-0730 weeknights, weekend call Friday 1600 through Monday 0730; weeknight call 3-4 times in 13-week assignment 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no new RTO after submission; no RTO first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Pre-start modules billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
