- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission (2 years preferred) 2. Cases: 6-8 procedures per employee; central venous catheter placements/replacements, diagnostic angiograms, Y-90 mappings/treatments, gastrostomy tubes, perc nephrostomy tubes, peripheral artery disease leg cases and other vascular related procedures 3. Certifications: ARRT R and BLS required; ARRT VI preferred; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only 4. License: IL license in hand required at submission; MO license can be submitted without license OK (requires MO or compact); compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday 0730-1800 with one Saturday 0800-1600 shift per 13 weeks; weekend call Friday 1600 through Monday 0730 assigned 1-2 times per 13 weeks; backup assignments once weekly 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
