- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Outpatient, Inpatient and Adult ICU required; angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, nephogram, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, vascular studies, venous access, neuro studies, GU, Abd and Pelvis and upper/lower extremity required 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT required; ARRT Advanced Cert preferred 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days 7a-5:30p; call assigned average 10 days per month including weekend 8. RTO: Must be submitted with application; additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion 9. Returning Staff: Cannot work past 1 year as traveler; 6 month break required to return 10. Travel/Local: Must be more than 70 miles from facility; locals not accepted 11.
