- Unit Notes:OSF ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-$25 to regular and OT bill rates) - OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift - Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION: - Last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN - Clinician's middle initial - Requested time off - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated - Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels Department: IR | RN - # suites/labs: 6 labs pre-op and phase 2 recovery. - #cases per day on average: 20-30 - Required Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS. - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: GI bleed. Strokes. Biopsy. Central lines. Drains. Vascular. - Experience or 'Must have' skills: EKG interpretation required by RN. With drip titration experience. - EMR/Equipment: EPIC; We use Phillips monitors. - Is there a Manager/Charge Nurse on each shift?: Charge RN 0730-1700 they do not take patients, will do cases and cover lunches. - IR Techs: 1 PCT. - Shifts & Scheduling: 4 days per week hours between 0630-1800. 9 hour shifts. Not self scheduling. - Weeknight/Call Requirements: Primary and Secondary call requirement 6-8 shifts in 6 weeks.
