- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years clinical interventional imaging experience required 2. Cases: Interventional radiology cases; patient acuity will be outpatient (strongly prefer level 1 experience), inpatient for UH 3. Certifications: ARRT (R) required, BLS AHA only required, ARRT VI preferred, CT preferred 4. License: State of Wisconsin Licensed Radiographer required, must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday starting 0700-0830, no weekends, no call, no holidays 8. RTO: Generally no more than 2 weeks off in a contract; if more than 1 week consecutive, Vaya will add 1 week at end of contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility; locals are not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 40 orientation hours; telemetry exam required with strict passing criteria (80% pass rate, 100% identification of lethal rhythms) 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted in some units 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
