- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1 year direct experience required 2. Cases: NEED both Cath and IR experience 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; must be through AHA; copies required at submission 4. License: Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse; must be in hand, NO emergency and NO pending accepted 5. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required for Northwestern Memorial Hospital; ASN or BSN accepted at other health system facilities 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: On-call 6-7 days per month including a weekend; rotating weekend oncall; oncall total of about 8 days per month; weekday 16:00 to 07:00; weekend/holiday 24 hours 8.
