Experience: 1.5+ years continuous experience in specialty; 1 year total travel experience required with 6+ months continuous travel experience leading up to submittal 2. Cases: Work in interventional Lab and OR setting with ability to scrub 3. Certifications: BLS, CRT, ARRT rad fluoro permit required in hand at time of submittal; BLS, ACLS, or PALS must be AHA; valid copies required with submission 4. License: CA License in hand at time of submittal (Temp or Perm, no EMSA); Nursys for RNs required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC or combined EPIC/Cerner experience for last 6 months of work history required 7. Shifts/Call: M-F weekdays with some weekend call; call with staff rotation 8. RTO: 7 days max; no new RTO after submittal 9. Returning Staff: 1 year to return policy; return traveler policy 1 year to return after leaving 10.
