- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; recent Neuro experience required; Neuro/Stroke experience required 2. Cases: Neuro-interventional services; stroke intervention, aneurysm embolization, contrast, nephogram, kyphoplasty, biopsies, peripherals required 3. Certifications: BLS-AHA required; ARRT (R) with advanced certification in Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI), Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV), or Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) required; must be in hand at submittal; cannot expire within 45 days of start date 4. License: TN/compact licensure required; must be in hand at submittal; cannot expire within 45 days of start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10's Day Shift (Mon-Fri 07:00-17:30 with 1 day off per week); Two nights of call per week (5:30p-7:00a); One weekend of call per month (Friday 5:30p-Monday 7:00a); 30-minute call back response time 8. RTO: No major holiday RTO requests including holiday weekends and surrounding days; cannot occur within 14 days of start date; cannot exceed 7 days; no blocked scheduling requests 9.
