- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Must have recent Neuro experience; Neuro/Stroke experience required; Stroke intervention, Aneurysm Embolization required 3. Certifications: BLS-AHA and ARRT (R) required; Advanced certification preferred in Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI), Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV), or Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI); must be in hand at time of submittal 4. License: TN/compact licensure required; must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred, not required unless specifically noted 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10's Day Shift (Mon-Fri 07:00-17:30 with 1 day off per week); Two nights of call per week (5:30p-7:00a) & One weekend of call per month (Friday 5:30p-Monday 7:00a); 30-minute call back response time 8. RTO: No major holiday RTO requests including holiday weekends and surrounding days; Cannot occur within 14 days of start date; cannot exceed 7 days; No blocked scheduling requests 9. Returning Staff: Cannot return to same campus they were permanent staff at within 24 months; can return to another campus within Covenant Health after 12 months 10.
