- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in field 2. Cases: IR, Special Procedures experience required; Neuro work setting experience preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT R required, ARRT VI preferred, BLS and ACLS required, SC license 4. License: SC license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: 1-year minimum EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Call required one night per week and every 5th weekend; Float required; 4-10hr shifts 7am-5:30pm or 5-8hr shifts M-F 7am-3:30pm 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Extension restrictions - cannot extend for 4th consecutive contract; must convert to employee after third consecutive 13-week contract or take 6-month separation 10. Travel/Local: Must be 100+ miles from every Prisma facility for full rate; 90-99.9 miles accepted at 10% bill rate reduction; Special exception for CT/MRI/IR Techs - 50+ miles from flagship hospital required 11. Background: Must send Social Security Number with submittal 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start within 48 hours of receiving login; not included in NBO; completed annually 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Omnicell medication system; works in Neuro Endovascular Department with mechanical thrombectomy, cerebral angiograms, moderate sedation Critical: Orientation every Monday. Float requirement to other qualified units/campuses per census needs.
