- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: One year of experience required in field 2. Cases: IR, Special Procedures work setting experience required 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS & ACLS required; SC license required 4. License: SC Radiology license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: 1-year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s 7:00am-3:30pm; one night of call a week and every seventh weekend 8. RTO: Pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be 100 miles from every Prisma facility for full rate; 90-99.9 miles accepted at 10% bill rate reduction; CT/MRI/IR Techs must be 50+ miles from flagship hospitals (Prisma Richland or Prisma Greenville) 11. Background: Must send Social Security Number with submittal 12. Modules: Pre-assignment testing and modules required within 48 hours; billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually 13. Travel Experience: Unit will review first time travelers based on experience 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Omnicell medication system; Siemens, Philips, 3D imaging equipment Critical: Float required to other units/campuses as needed. Orientation every Monday.
