- Required certification: Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; neuro experience required; 1 year minimum required for submission 2. Cases: Neuro IR procedures including angioplasty, carotid angiography, cerebral angiography, discogram, embolization, spinal arteriography, stent placement, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, vertebroplasty 3. Certifications: ARRT registration, BLS and ACLS certification required 4. License: ODH Ohio Radiologic License required (pending license OK) 5. Education: Graduate of accredited radiography program required 6. EMR: Epic charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s (0700-1730) or 5x8s; call 2 days per week, every third weekend; 30-minute call response time 8. RTO: Pre-approved time off limited to one 9. Returning Staff: If worked at OhioHealth facility as staff, must be gone 366 days prior to being considered as traveler; PRN cannot accept travel position and work both 10. Travel/Local: Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from OhioHealth Grant facility; locals at 50-mile radius 11. Background: If traveler has background hit, must note on profile and submission 12. Modules: 12 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start, factored in NBO, recorded by manager in Kronos 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Siemens IR lab, GE Ultrasound Critical: Must be willing to assist training permanent staff. Labs must be completed within 72 hours of signing. More than one call off or NCNS is grounds for termination. Travelers are first to float.
