Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Dialysis fistulas, Contrast, Biopsies, Ablations, Peripherals required; Infants, Children's hospital, ICU, Kyphoplasty, Hemodynamic monitoring, Aortic interventions, Oncology procedures, IRIS - HIIQ preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT R required, ARRT Advanced Cert required; copies required with submission 4. License: VA license required but can submit with pending; must have license Wednesday before start date; Nursys verification required 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s (07:30-18:00) or 5x8s (07:30-16:00) with one weekday call per week and one weekend call every 2 months; call requirement depends on skill level 8. RTO: Up to 40 hours guaranteed per 13-week contract; only one pre-approved time off; no additional requests after acceptance 9. Returning Staff: Must inform Client Delivery Manager if previously employed at UVA Health system; external travelers cannot work more than 365 days regardless of separation; facility does not allow return after 365 days of assignment 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule; locals not accepted for Interventional Radiology 11. Background: Must inform Client Delivery Manager of any background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, completed during orientation, recorded in Workday; excess hours are billable 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
