Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Surgery/C-Arm procedures; C-arm and O-arm coverage in Operating Room 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, State License required; must have 3s or 4s for C-arm and O-arm (Hard Stop) 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission required 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Call required as needed; rotating weekend coverage; 4x10's for 2nd shift starting at 10am or 11am 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off; RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible to be hired as traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate; required to float to other locations or units of equal acuity 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
