- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: O/C-Arm experience required; varies daily caseload per tech 3. Certifications: BLS required; ARRT (R) and SCRQSA (R) accepted 4. License: South Carolina license required; MUSC prioritizes candidates with SC license in hand but will consider pending applications 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting system required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s nights Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7p-730a with holidays; call rotation 3-4 days/month; facility can call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at submission time; 7 days or less non-holiday RTO for auto offers; RTO after submission not accepted 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff (including PRN) must be separated from MUSC system for 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius rule; locals accepted at 10% less than posted bill rate; MUSC prioritizes non-local candidates first 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Average 4 hours, non-billable, completed pre-start, included in NBO hours 13. Travel Experience: Travel experience preferred but first-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Teal top/black bottoms 15.
