Requirements
- Required certification: Psychiatric
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum - Geri psych AND MS. LTC or Rehab experience strongly preferred 2. Cases: Geriatric psych inpatient unit experience required; psychosis, dementia with/without behavioral disturbances, bipolar, depression, anxiety, mood disorders 3. Certifications: BCLS, CPI required; only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted 4. License: Valid NH state license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12hr nights 7p-7:30a, 36 hours; no call requirement; every other weekend required 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; include upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Former staff not accepted for any travel roles regardless of time separated 10. Travel/Local: No first-time travelers; travelers within 50 miles accepted at $15 rate decrease 11. Background: License hits or background hits need facility approval prior to offer 12. Modules: 32 orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: Required - no first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Any 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Lift equipment and IV therapy training provided; Voalte phones; panic alarms Critical: Must have Geri psych inpatient and MS experience. Drug screen required within 14 days of start. Float required EOW to adult behavioral health. Patient ratios 1:6 nights, 1:5 days/weekends.
