Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required; may float within hospital and to sister facilities within 10-mile radius 8. RTO: Auto-approval for 7 days or less (outside holidays); longer requires facility approval 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees cannot return as travelers 10. Travel/Local: No radius rule; locals accepted at travel rate 11. Background: Must note background policy prior to submission for approval 12.
