- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year direct experience required; must have Cath lab experience and experience scrubbing in Cath lab procedures 2. Cases: ASD Closures, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Laser-assisted procedure, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Right heart catheterization, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) 3. Certifications: ARRT, BLS, ACLS required; BLS and ACLS must be through AHA 4. License: Illinois license must be in hand; NO emergency and NO pending accepted 5. Education: BSN required for Northwestern Memorial Hospital; ASN or BSN accepted at all other facilities in health system 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Call Monday-Thursday 5:30pm to 7:00am; weekend call Friday 5:30pm to Monday 7:00am; STEMI call requires tech in lab within 30 minutes 8. RTO: All time off must be included at submission; RTO CANNOT be added after submittal 9. Returning Staff: Northwestern Medicine and any acquired facilities MUST be included on employment history 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile travel rule; rates decreased within 75 miles; locals accepted 11.
