- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; registry in sleep and experience with pediatrics 2. Cases: Adult and Pediatric Sleep Studies, Multiple Sleep Latency Tests, Maintenance of Wakefulness tests, various sleep disorders 3. Certifications: BLS, RPSGT required; valid Allied license in hand 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends required (every other or so); no on-call; 2:1 patient ratios nights and weekends 8. RTO: Must be listed at submittal; post-submission RTO will NOT be approved; maximum one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 6 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose previous Providence employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
