- Unit Notes:OSF ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-$25 to regular and OT bill rates) - OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift - Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION: - Last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN - Clinician's middle initial - Requested time off - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated - Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels 1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. CPAP, BiPAP, ASV, Diagnostic PSG, Peds PSG over 2 yo. With TCo2 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Natus, Somnoware, Resmed Aircurve 11 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. RPSGT as well as CPR certified. No minimal years of experience as long as they are RPSGT. 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) CPR 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) Shift would be Wed, Thur, Fri 7p-7:30a with hour unpaid lunch. No call 6. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 6 bed facility, operating on 2:1 ratio 7. Dress Code: Scrubs, no specific color or style. 8. Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. We would have RPSGT working for 3 nights with the other techs we have here Mon-Wednesday night the first week, then they should be good to go on their own. I am not really sure what OSF requires Non-employee workers to do as far as orientation goes.
