- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of PICU experience required 2. Cases: ECMO, CRRT preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS required; must be American Heart Association (AHA) only 4. License: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required; SC license prioritized 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights 7P-730A; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; no on-call 8. RTO: All RTO must be submitted at time of submission; 7 days or less non-holiday RTO for auto offers 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff (including PRN) must be separated from MUSC system for 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; locals considered at lower bill rate on case-by-case basis; non-locals prioritized 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 4 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start, included in NBO hours 13. Travel Experience: Accept first-time travelers 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
