If yes, please disclose. 1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Perform weekly chart checks, electron cutout measurements, VMAT QA, TLD measurements, treatment planning, machine repair/coordination of engineers, linac and CT QA, VMAT peer review of plans, software upgrades, weekly chart rounds documentation, consultation on scientific and technical aspects of treatment planning and delivery, lead QI monthly meetings, monthly technical committee meetings, bi-annual radiation safety meetings, special physics reports, EOT data collection and analysis, new equipment evaluation and implementation, manage radiation badge program, technical training of therapists and dosimetrists.Calibration of all equipment. 3D EBRT, SBRT, IMRT, VMAT 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Elekta Infinity Linac with 3 photon beams and 5 electron beams, OBI for kV and MV, GE Discovery CT 590 RT, ABC breath hold equipment with DuoCheck automated QA device, Sun Nuclear ArcCheck, IC Profiler, QA3 warmup device, large and small water tanks, PTW data acquisition software, solid water slabs, ion chambers, electrometers, ATLAS database, Pinnacle v16.2 TPS, Mosaiq v2.64 R&V, immobillization equipment, ,decimal cutout process and bolus manufacturing, Cyrpa (7) Moveable Laser system with automated calibration jig, imaging phantoms, RIT software, MIM software, RadCalc dose check software and fully paperless environment. Computer workstations, scanners, printers with full set of MS Office products, EPIC and miscellaneous software tools. Extensive set of EXCEL based worksheets, MOSAIQ scritping and QCL sets as well as a large set of detailed policies and procedures and other rerference materials. 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. 3 years post certification medical physics experience in a clinical setting - some solo experience preferred 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) MS or higher in Medical Physics, DABR, QMP recognition by Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) M-F, days, some on-call during normal clinic hours, few weekends/evenings based on clincal activity 6.
