- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum, recent experience required 2. Cases: Geriatric; OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call rotation may be required 8. RTO: Must be submitted at time of application 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees must be separated minimum 6 months before eligible to return as traveler; must be approved by HR 10. Travel/Local: Up to 60-mile radius from hub/office; locals accepted at travel rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
