Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Health and 2 years overall as a clinician required 2. Cases: Home Health, Wound Care, Geriatric Home Health Patients 3. Certifications: BLS and CPR certification required; copies required at submission 4. License: Current state license with NO license hits required; must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Kinnser/Wellsky required; all charting must be done in clinic, cannot take home; OASIS experience preferred for OT's, RN and PT 7. Shifts/Call: No weekends required; no on-call required; minimum 23-24 visits per week for 40hr guarantee 8. RTO: All RTO must be sent at time of submission; no additional RTO accepted after offered 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for locals accepted; mileage reimbursed IRS standard from first patient to last patient 11. Background: Will not accept hits on license 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers okay 14. Scrubs: Any color scrubs with closed toe shoes required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed 16. Special Equipment: Tablet provided for charting Critical: Must have reliable transportation and insurance. Current driver's license required. Must provide interview availability with submission.
