Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Health and 2 years overall experience as a clinician required 2. Cases: Home Health, Wound Care, Geriatric Home Health Patients 3. Certifications: BLS and CPR certification required; state license required with no hits on license 4. License: Current state license with no license hits required at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Kinnser/Wellsky experience; all charting must be done in clinic, cannot take home 7. Shifts/Call: No weekends required; no on-call required (discretionary only); minimum 23-24 visits per week for 40hr guarantee 8. RTO: All RTO must be sent at time of submission; no additional RTO accepted after offered 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for locals accepted; may be asked to go to surrounding counties 11. Background: Will not accept hits on license 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color scrubs allowed with closed toe shoes 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed 16. Special Equipment: Tablet provided for charting Critical: Must have reliable transportation and insurance. Current driver's license required. OASIS experience preferred for OT's, RN and PT. Contract length 4-6 months (less experienced clinicians must do 6 months). COVID-19 vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only. Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard from first patient to last patient. Compliance may take 2-3 weeks. Must provide interview availability with submission.
