Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Health and 2 years overall as a clinician required 2. Cases: Home Health, Wound Care, Geriatric Home Health Patients 3. Certifications: BLS and CPR certification required; state license in hand at submission 4. License: Current state license with NO license hits required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Kinnser/Wellsky; charting must be done in clinic, cannot take home; OASIS experience preferred for OT's, RN and PT 7. Shifts/Call: No weekends required; no on-call required 8. RTO: All RTO must be sent at time of submission; no additional RTO accepted after offered 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for locals accepted 11. Background: Will not accept hits on license; must have reliable transportation and insurance 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers okay 14. Scrubs: Any color scrubs allowed with closed toe shoes 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed 16.
