Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Health and 2 years overall experience as a clinician 2. Cases: Home Health, Wound Care, Geriatric Home Health Patients 3. Certifications: BLS and CPR certification required; no hits on license 4. License: Current state license with no license hits required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Kinnser/Wellsky; charting must be done in clinic, cannot take home; OASIS experience preferred for OT's, RN and PT 7. Shifts/Call: No weekends required; no on-call required (discretionary) 8. RTO: All RTO must be sent at time of submission; no additional RTO accepted after offer 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for locals; mileage reimbursed IRS standard from first patient to last patient 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color scrubs allowed; closed toe shoes required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed 16.
