Cases: Home health patients including dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, MS, orthopedic post-op, post-stroke 3. Certifications: BCLS required; Manual Therapy, Hand Therapy, and Wound care preferred 4. License: OR license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/Oasis; Oasis experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days only (no 4x10s or 3x12s); no on-call required; no weekend requirement 8. RTO: Confirm with hiring manager 9. Returning Staff: Must indicate if traveler has previously worked for Providence 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted within 50-75 mile radius at same rate; occasional maximum radius of 60 miles per day 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
