Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Physical Therapist
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, EOW
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- CA License
- 2 Years Experience
- 1 year of experience or more is required
- BLS
- Travel experience is preferred
- Trauma experience is preferred
Other Details:
- Scrub Color/Uniform: They must wear a maroon polo shirt and dark colored pants, closed toed shoes, and a lab coat is optional

Requirements
- Required certification: Physical Therapist
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes - Unit: PT, OT, Speech -# patients treated per day: Depends on area they are assigned to, outpatient - up to 9 per day, inpatient - up to 13 per day, rehab - varies - Certs: CCC-SLP is required for Speech, PT must be licensed in the state, & OT must have passed NBCOT exam (this is exam for certification) - EMR: Cerner Powerchart - Rehab Aides/OTA/PTAL: Yes - usually 2 - they will assist in rehab - Weekend Requirement: varies - they will specify that when they send a requisition over -
