- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience required 2. Cases: Orthopedic, Neuro (stroke, Parkinson, MS, lupus), geriatric (debility/falls or dementia), post-surgical, cardiac, chronic conditions/COPD 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: NC PT license required; valid state or compact license required at submission; Nursys copy required within last 7 days 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience strongly preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days; no weekends or holidays required; candidates will float within hospital as needed 8. RTO: Must be included on cover page at submission; for OR must be kept to 5 days or less; blocked scheduling not approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year and still in good standing; will not allow local staff to return 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at decreased bill rate; prefers non-local candidates 11. Background: Will accept candidates with background hits (only minor infractions) 12.
