Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year experience required; home health experience required; OASIS training preferred 2. Cases: Med/surg, cardiac, ortho, hips/knees/shoulders, post-surgical, COPD, CHF, pneumonia, CVA, falls, weakness, Parkinson's, failure to thrive, respiratory patients, neuro, trachs, trauma, AKA, BKA, ADLs 3. Certifications: BLS required, state licensed 4. License: FL license or compact license required at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner charting experience preferred; BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system 7. Shifts/Call: 6-8 home visits per day (minimum 6 points); 1-2 weekends per contract; block scheduling 8. RTO: BayCare does not allow any RTO in contracts 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait at least 1 year before returning; return travelers only allowed in ICU, MICU, CVICU, ED, PCU, MS/Tele specialties; must have completed contract within last year since 7/1/2022 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius rule - traveler must live at least 100 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 4 hours for Allied; completed pre-start and annually; recorded by facility 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color scrub 15.
