Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year clinic experience; inpatient/acute care experience and outpatient experience required 2. Cases: 80% outpatient care, 20% inpatient (acute care and swing bed) 3. Certifications: Current BLS required 4. License: Current Colorado PT License required 5. Education: Master of Science in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred 6. EMR: Cedaron/APTA Connect and Meditech EMR experience required; excellent electronic record navigation skills required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s OR 4x9s with up to 4 hours on Friday 8.
