Cases: Critical Access Hospital patients of all ages and diagnosis; outpatients, inpatients and SNF patients; wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor and pediatric specialties; preferred experience in Pediatrics, Adolescents 3. Certifications: BLS required; AK License required; copy of certifications required; Hep B vaccines required (no titers or declination accepted) 4. License: AK License required; pending license accepted (takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days; no on-call required; weekend coverage required; float required within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby 8. RTO: Based upon request; must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year then required 6-month break before returning 10.
