Cases: 6-7 patient caseload daily; brain injury, stroke, spinal cord, amputee, cardiac, orthopedic 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Licensed in IN 5. Education: Graduate of accredited PT program 6. EMR: UDS 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift, 8-4:30; 2-3 weekend days per month; no call requirements 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
