- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience required; inpatient therapy experience helpful but not required 2. Cases: Daily caseload 10-12; strong orthopedic skills required 3. Certifications: BLS required; Manual Therapy and Dry Needling also listed 4. License: WI license required; can be pending upon submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 days 7:30-6pm; no on-call required; no weekend requirement 8. RTO: 1 RTO request per contract 9. Returning Staff: Cannot work past 1 year as traveler; 6 month break required to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 70-mile local radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
