Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Physical Therapist/Rehab Services – Outpatient

Shift: Days / 7:30a-5:30p, 10×4, 40 hrs/week
Length: 13 Weeks

Dept Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-7pm and Fridays 7:30am-4:30pm. Two 10:30am-7pm shifts required, no weekends or on-call. Minor holidays are required.

Requirements:

• Active PT License
• 2 years’ experience in Outpatient PT
• AHA BLS
• OCS preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC
• General Ortho, post-op (shoulder/hip/knee), sports medicine, spine, potentially some vestibular
• Scrubs: any color
• Locals are accepted (75 miles or less)
• Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed
