- Unit Notes:***CHOMP/MOSM is a smoke-free facility - all drug reports must have a negative result for nicotine/cotinine. If tested positive, will submit for review if traveler has been prescribed a nicotine patch. For all reports with no legitimate reason for positive nicotine/cotinine, the contract will be cancelled.*** Care setting: OP Ortho License requirement: PT CA Certs: BLS Must have experience: orthopedic post-op Shifts & Scheduling: M-F - 8 hour days, 7am-6pm, 1 hour lunch Weekends? No Holidays? No On call?
