- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Lymphedema and oncology experience needed; caseload consists primarily of cancer patients, neurologic and geriatric patients 3. Certifications: BLS required; CLT (Certified Lymphedema Therapist) highly preferred; copies of all certifications required 4. License: Pending license accepted (takes 48 hours to obtain); proof of address required for local radius verification 5. Education: Area of study, city/state of institution, and degree type required for all degrees earned 6. EMR: Epic strongly preferred, especially for RNs; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult to fill positions 7. Shifts/Call: Will accept 4x10s or 5x8s; on-call not required; may float to other facility locations within scope 8. RTO: Maximum 7 total days in 13 week assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 75 mile radius rule; locals not accepted; map directions from permanent address to facility required 11. Background: Not specified 12.
