Qualifications:

- Unit Notes:Department: Physical Therapy (PT) HOUSING: Confirm the candidate has looked into housing in the area with the submittal. Leads available. - # of patients treated per day: Outpatient generally 8, Inpatient varies from 5-12. - General Certification Requirements: BLS, must take 8 hours of in house ortho education prior to ortho patient treatment. - Other Certs Required for all PT: State of WI license or application in place. - Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Ortho, geriatric, sports, Parkinson's, vestibular, pediatric, lymphedema, wound care. - Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Acute inpatient and hospital based outpatient PT clinic. - What areas are they required to cover?: Would be one or the other of above. - Experience: Previous EPIC experience would be helpful. One year, prefer previous travel if possible. Ortho PT. Outpatient experience a plus. Mostly will work Inpatient. - PT Manager/Supervisor: Bernadette Mattila PT, lead PT Courtney Roush. - Rehab Aides/PTA's: 4 Rehab aides and 2 PTA. - Shifts & Scheduling: 8-4:30 Mon-Fri, may work weekend morning rotation with compensation if interested. - Weekend Requirements: See above, open 8-12 for inpatient only Sat/Sun- Rotate weekends. About every 7th weekend. - Holiday Requirements: Generally closed. - Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs or casual professional. - Department specific orientation: Yes- 4 hour Epic class. 8 hours Relias Education. Orientation to clinic and hospital 1-2 days.
