- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission; first-timers accepted 2. Cases: Acute Care PT with variety of diagnoses including THA, TKA, CABG, general surgery, fractures, general medical; Home Exercise Programs, ER, Geriatrics, ICU, Medical Surgical, Orthopedics 3. Certifications: BLS required; PT license required 4. License: CA PT license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5X8; Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm; facility can call off once per two week pay period 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7 days max for offers; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
