Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Trauma Level I experience preferred; Neonates & Infants preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, CPT I (Active in state of CA) required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License in hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic and Beaker preferred; Epic charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year); facility can call off once per two week pay period 8. RTO: RTO must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate; can only submit to 1 location within region 11. Background: Not specified 12.
